Barta Attila has been working day and night since the beginning of the pandemic as Florin Zrt. in Szeged turned into the principal producer of sanitizers in Hungary. He mentioned that he spent his early years in Dévaványa with his two brothers, and that his parents still live there. He has lived in Budapest and Kecskemét too, but in the end he settled down in Szeged, where he bought the factory.
„My parents worked in trade as well, maybe that is where my ambitions come from” he explained.
His grandfather tried to convince him to pursue a career in healthcare, however it turned out really soon that working in a hospital seemed too monotonic for him, while ambulance service fit his changing, always on the move lifestyle much better. His trading career began while working a part-time job as a vendor, which position he found far more lucrative.
’The first product I sold was a car air freshener that was followed by household cleaning, cosmetic and body care products. I entered into partnership with a company in Kecskemét, and in the end of 2011 we decided to bring the bankrupt Florin Zrt. back to life.’ he added.
Sanitizer production took the lead in 2014, and by 2019 factory building plans were set. The appearance of coronavirus made it clear that Florin Zrt. is the only sanitizer producer to possess a notable capacity in the country.
„The Brado brand became our main product, which has several types that can be used either in healthcare or in households. Within the framework of a 2,5 billion investment, today we are working to ensure that there should be no lack of sanitizer products in Hungary ever again.”
