The Szeged-based household cleaning and sanitizer producing company reached a 6,5 billion HUF revenue in 2020, from which 4 billion came from selling sanitizers. To satisfy the increasing needs, it was vital to carry out capacity building measures aided by the Magyar Multi Program. The current investment of 2,5 billion HUF is to come true within the framework of Egészségipari Támogatási Program.
Before the pandemic Florin Zrt. was already producing antiviral sanitizers, however the capacity needed to be tripled as the virus emerged, which meant the production of 165,000 liters of Brado hand sanitizers and surface disinfectants a day in 3 shifts.
Thanks to a new investment that started this year, the company will quickly and easily be able to produce a wide range of sanitizers, in addition to new types of products.
Barta Attila noted that according to the plans the company will reach a 10 billion HUF revenue in 3 years, half of which would be made up of export of goods.
