Industry 4.0 at Florin: The all-seeing eyes of MES

This May installation of MES (Manufacturing Executing System), a production management software, began. Thanks to this program, production processes can be fully controlled, also watched in detail and real-time.

MES provides guidance as to exactly what, when and on which machine should be made ready for the given product. It’s important that the product to be prepared in the ordered quantity until the given time, starting from receiving customer claims.

The well-suited system gives constant feedback, also every product can be traced back to the very first step of its production process.
