One of the largest Hungarian-owned household chemical companies in Hungary, Florin Ltd., is of great importance to the company and also received special recognition. The Szeged-based company known for its BradoLife disinfectants can now officially use the designation “Family-friendly place”. The necessary criteria were fully met. However, the company does not plan to stop there. In this area, the company would like to meet the needs of its colleagues as much as possible. There is a unanimous opinion within the company that a company planning long-term and continuous growth is unthinkable without motivated and committed employees, whose foundation is stable family background.

High employee satisfaction has long been one of the fundamental pillars of Florin’s management. Without this, it is impossible to ensure sustainable development. For those companies that do not focus on this, they can only set short-term goals at best, because they do not have the basic criteria for operation on the labor side. That is why it is a great pleasure that the company was awarded the title of the family-friendly workplace. Efforts made in this area so far have been successful.

During the audit of the award, the judging committee took into account Florin Zrt.’s commitment to operating with a family-friendly approach, as well as the implementation of this approach in practice, and the measures taken for this purpose. They appreciated the fact that both social, educational and well-being benefits work at the company.
