Florin held a family day at the Fish Festival in Szeged

Awarded with the “Family Friendly Place” certificate, Florin organized a family day at the International Tisza Fish Festival this year, where nearly 200 employees and family members cooked the most delicious fish soup together.

The fish soup was made from 100 kg of carp in 7 cauldrons based on carefully guarded family recipes, with which the employees could measure their cooking skills. Ádám Kiss, the head chef of the winning team, said that the secret of preparing a good fish dish lies in the spices and the super helpers.

In addition to the hotpots set up at the Szeged Beach Baths, mini chimney cakes were baked all day, plum and jam cakes were baked, music played, children played football and badminton, and the staff could answer quiz questions, which brought to life the most interesting moments of the past six decades of Florin, who is 65 this year. in form.
